Warranty Policy
TuxMat® products are backed by a non-transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect cleaning methods or chemical contamination, including gas or bleach, vehicle accidents, modifications, theft, fire, or improper installation.
If replacement parts or a replacement is unavailable, an amount equal to the replacement value, will be applied to your account.
To submit a warranty claim, complete our Warranty Request form. Your order number and photos documenting the issue are required to process your claim.
